red bean sauce


one can of tomato sauce
1 Small can of tomato past
1 small potato
4 tablespoons of adobo (eye ball it )
1 can of pinto beans


peal potato and cut in to small cubes. put all ingredients in a pot and put on medium heat until potato is soft then put on low for 10 min


The reson this is here becouse it goes great with rice and is great with chicken cuttlets and plantins

avacado salid

2 avocados
4 table spoons of adobo (eye ball it )
1/2 cup of olive oil


cut avocado in half cut in to squares and remove skin then put all ingredients in a bowl and mix then refrigerate for 15 min and enjoy

some thing you have to try

aros gandulas

1 can of gandules (pigeon peas)
3 cups of water
4 cups of rice
1 tablespoon of adobo
2 tablespoons of hot sauce
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 packet of sazon
Spanish olives (optional)

put water in a pot and Wait till it boils than add rest of the ingredients and mix and put on medium heat then when it is at a simmer turn down to low and cover it will firm up in like 15 to 20 min

this is here because it is delicious

chicken cuttlets


1 pound of skinless boneless
3 cups of bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
1/2 cup milk (eye ball it, it dose not have to be exact)
1 cup of olive oil

mix together eggs milk and hot sauce. than wash off the chicken then cut in 1/2 long ways. put the 3 cups of bread crumbs ion a plate. now put 1/2 cup of olive oil in a pan. once oil is hot put a piece of chicken in the egg mixture than in to the bread crumbs (bread both sides) than put in hit oil. repeat until all chicken is done.

This recipe is here cuz it is easy to cook and taste good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

plantains

4 black plantains 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1 table spoon of salt peal the plantains, then cut them diagonally. put oil in pan once hot fry plantains on each side once all are done lightly salt (you do not have to use all the salt) This recipe is here because it is a traditional puertorican dish

stuffed chicken

ingredience



8 chicken berat ( skinless and boneless)
2 large can of diced tomatos
2 bag of shreded 6 cheese
1 medum size can of straw mushrooms


lightly cook chicken then cut a slit inthe chicken long ways, mix to gether in a large bowl the tomatos, a bag and a half of cheese and mushrooms.
put mixture iin the slit put the chicken in a large pirex and put remander of cheese on top and cook for 30 to 40 min or untill chicken is fully cooked

easy crazzy buggers

This recipe is here because i was messing with my mom one day cause she was hungry and I wanted to make some thing with out going to the store.

1 pound of ground chuck
1 avocado
1/2 Pound of Bacon
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
hamburger buns
1 cup feta cheese
1 tbsp of hot sauce
2 tbsp of adobo
1 large tomato

mix bread crumbs, ground chuck, adobo, hot sauce, and egg. put buggers on grill. well the burgers r grilling slice the avocado cook the bacon cut tomato then when buggers are done assemble in order bottom bun : bugger : tomato : bacon : avocado : cheese : top bun and enjoy

sea food stuffed mushrooms

The reason that this recipe is here is that one day i was making a dinner and my grandmother told me that someone needed to know her secret to these mushrooms and i am the only person other than my mom.

sea food stuffed mushrooms

1 small bag of salad shrimp ready to eat
1 package of cream cheese
1 cup of imitation crab meat
2 ten ounce packages of button top mushrooms
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of adobe
1 cup of parmasan cheese

per heat oven to 325snap all of the stems out of the mushrooms than take a small spoon and remove the sponge (the fuzzy thing inside of a mushroom). in a medium size bowel blend the cream cheese till smooth than add that adobe and mix in. than add the Parmesan cheese
than add the shrimp until completely mixed than add the cab meat. use a small spoon to put mixture in to mushrooms than put in a pirex and and the one cup f water to the bottem of the pan. add a little parmesan cheese to the top of the mushrooms and put in oven for 10 min and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
